2. Sale Structure

3. Pricing & Bidding

4. Payment Terms

• 100% Advance Payment
• Payment to be completed within 24-48 hours of allocation
• Non-payment may result in cancellation and buyer blacklisting

5. Eligibility Criteria

• Valid Excise License/Permit for ENA procurement
• Compliance with Odisha Excise Laws and destination state regulations
• Valid GST Registration and PAN
• Proven ability to handle bulk tanker movement

6. Statutory Compliance

• Dispatch subject to Excise Pass/Transport Permit issued by Odisha authorities
• Out-of-state buyers must obtain Import Permit/NOC
• All applicable duties, taxes, and levies to be borne by buyer
